Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer during the order process. We are committed to processing and expediting orders as soon as possible. Customers have the option to change the delivery address before the products are sent by contacting our customer service. However, once the products have been shipped, any address changes will not be possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of products and delivery service levels. Morocco Beauty will make every effort to meet the increased delivery times, however, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times and accept no liability for delays beyond our control, such as delays caused by carriers or weather conditions. Customers are advised to provide accurate and complete address information to avoid any delivery issues. In the event of absence upon delivery, a notification will be left to arrange a new delivery or to collect the products from the designated collection point. Customers are required to check the condition of the products upon receipt and report any damage or delivery issues within the timeframes specified in our return policy.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Any postal address may be changed at any time before the products are sent as long as the new address respects the initial geographical area, a decision estimated by the Marocaine Beauté teams once contacted by customers. BAHRAIN: 5 to 7 business days
KUWAIT: 5 to 7 business days (due to current border restrictions, we expect delays, thank you for your understanding)
OMAN: 5 to 7 business days
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: Next day delivery if the order is placed before noon. Afternoon, 2 business days
SAUDI ARABIA: 5-7 business days (due to the current border closures, we expect delays, thank you for your understanding)

EUROPE:

FRANCE: 5-7 business days
BELGIUM: 5-7 business days
ITALY: 5-7 business days
SPAIN: 5-7 business days

AFRICA:

EGYPT: 5-7 business days
MOROCCO: 1-3 business days

If for any reason deliveries take longer than expected, we will send you an email to inform you. Please note that the opening of borders may affect deliveries. We will do our best to deliver to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Since the products are cosmetics and perishable goods, we regret that we cannot accept returns. In this regard, no exchange or refund will be allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

After receiving your order, you have 24 hours to report something. You must attach proof with photos, times and details. The time that will be taken into account is the time you placed your order and the time you sent your email.
