Shipping Policy
DELIVERYS
The products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer during the order process. We are committed to processing and shipping orders as soon as possible. Customers have the option to change the delivery address before the products are dispatched by contacting our customer service. However, once the products have been dispatched, any address changes will not be possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of products and third-party delivery services. Moroccan Beauty will make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, however, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times and accept no liability for delays beyond our control, such as delays caused by carriers or weather conditions. Customers are advised to provide accurate and complete address information to avoid any delivery issues. In the event of absence at the time of delivery, a notification will be left to arrange a redelivery or to collect the products from the designated collection point. Customers are required to check the condition of the products upon receipt and report any damage or delivery issues within the timeframes specified in our return policy.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Any postal address can be changed at any time before the products are sent as long as the new address respects the initial geographical area, a decision estimated by the Moroccan Beauty teams once contacted by the customers. CCE:
- BAHRAIN: 5 to 7 working days
- KUWAIT: 5-7 business days (due to current border closures we expect delays, thank you for your understanding)
- OMAN: 5 to 7 working days
- UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: Next day delivery if ordered before noon. After noon, 2 business days
- SAUDI ARABIA: 5-7 business days (due to current border closures we expect delays, thank you for your understanding)
EUROPE:
- FRANCE: 5 to 7 working days
- BELGIUM: 5 to 7 working days
- ITALY: 5 to 7 working days
- SPAIN: 5 to 7 working days
AFRICA:
- EGYPT: 5 to 7 working days
- MOROCCO: 1 to 3 working days
RETURNS
Since the products are cosmetics and perishable goods, we regret that we cannot accept returns. In this regard, no exchange or refund will be allowed. We thank you for your understanding.
After receiving your order, you have 24 hours to report something. You must attach proof with photos, times and details. The time that will be taken into account is the time you place your order and the time you send your email.
